D7 / D8 / tech-visa documentation is the residency-side paperwork — separate from the customs side. We do not file your visa; we file the customs against the residency documentation you provide.

We are moving from a Reading new-build to a Parque das Nações tech-tower flat. Shape?

Operationally similar at both ends — both are organised modern apartments with structured service-bay protocols and timed delivery windows. We book both slots in advance, the move plan documents both, the load-out and destination delivery happen against the booked slots rather than on-spec. This is the operational opposite of an older-central-Lisbon move where we would need a shuttle vehicle.

For Cascais and the international-school admissions calendar, can you time the move?

Yes — same school-term timing applies as it does for other family-stage Cascais moves. Late July or August load-out, customs clearance through August, destination delivery in time for St. Julian's or St. Dominic's onboarding in late August.
